What is a health and claims report?
The health report contains health-related statistics by demographics, such as age and gender, company size, geography and industry. In addition, the report contains a health score on physical health, mental health and scores on medical investigations and operations, in private and public care.
As a corporate customer, you get to know how satisfied the employees are with DSS Hälsas's service and advice, deliveries from care providers that have been used by the employees, how long it takes to be treated, etc. Everything is measured against what is standardized and normal. The health report also contains our recommendations and suggestions for measures to improve health for the company and its employees.
How do I obtain a health and claim report?
Contact your insurance broker to order a health report. Requirements for ordering are that the company has an ongoing insurance agreement with DSS Hälsa which has been valid for at least 9 months. The damage report can be ordered on an annual basis.

As a corporate customer, you will find out with the help of our comprehensive customer survey how satisfied the employees are with DSS Hälsa´'s service and advice, deliveries from care providers that have been used by the employees, how long it takes to be treated, etc. Everything is measured against what is standardized and normal (NPS).
At least five employees must have completed the customer & satisfaction survey before it is possible for us to provide this service for your company.
